Why can’t we play Exacta games? When will they be back?

Our Exacta games will be available for play after the Governor signs SB 120 on Tuesday, Feb 16th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What about 2021 Pay Day?

2021 Pay Day has been rescheduled to March 6th and 13th to allow everyone to continue earning! All your previous entries will be valid.

My Birthday was in January and I missed Birthday Blast because you were closed?

If you are Red, You will have the chance to redeem your offer Feb 21-23rd

Gold & Silver, you can redeem yours with Player Services until the end of the month.

What about my Active coupons and Bonus Postcard?

During our closure, any planned coupons will not be valid for future use. Beginning Feb 13th, your active coupons will be valid. If you received a postcard for Feb.

What about my Hotel Stay?

If we canceled your hotel stay during shutdown, we will happily honor your stay again.

I won a Jackpot in January, when do I get to go to a Jackpot Party?

January Jackpots will be celebrated on February the 23rd along with February Jackpots!

What about my Bonus Points?

All bonus points will be unaffected and remain in your account.

What about my card status?

Your card status will remain intact while earning periods may need to be reassessed.

How do I get my Win and Loss Statement?

If you need your Win- Loss Statement, please let Player Services know. They will happily get you this information!

What about Scratchoffs this week?

We will include your points earned between Jan 20th – 24th with whatever you earn Feb 13th-16th for Wednesday’s (2/17) Scratchoff.

What about my comps last month?

You are welcome to use your February Comps currently. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively honor unused January comps.
